Plate heat exchangers service

Our service in this respect comprises of the following operations:

• removing tarnish and sediments from plates by means of pressure washing
• removing scale by soaking in chemicals and pressure washing
• checking the technical condition of plates through penetrant and developer spraying
• degreasing gasket channels, gluing or placing gaskets

All these tasks are carried out at our premises, using appropriately equipped facilities. At the client's request some of the tasks above are carried out at the premises of the exchanger user.

We provide a comprehensive and a partial service. As regards the comprehensive service, it is enough to show us the problematic exchanger, and we will handle it from there. In the case of partial service, the client needs to perform some tasks (e.g. disassembling the exchanger and sending plates to us) and we perform the remaining, delicate operations.

We guarantee that our work is carried out fast, effectively and competently. To confirm this we offer a warranty on some of the tasks we perform (e.g. that glued gaskets will hold for a certain period of time).
